My name is Shannon Shaya and I grew up in  Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.  I earned my B.A. from Michigan State University (1992) and M.S. Labor and Industrial Relations (1994).  I earned my J.D. from The Wayne State University School of Law (1997).

My practice include all aspects of real estate law, including the purchase and sale of residential and commercial property, landlord-tenant negotiating, negotiating and reviewing of loan modifications, advising on short sales and deed in lieu of foreclosures, debt settlement, corporate and business law, including the purchase and sale of businesses, buy-sell and other agreements among owners of businesses,  employment law matters,  as well as contract drafting and negotiations, entity formations, and succession planning.
